来分享个甜味的台湾牛扎饼的做法
之前COOK也吃过香葱咸味的牛扎饼
一次不要做太多
会比较腻噢~

苏打饼干500g / 黄油60g
棉花糖150g / 奶粉80g / 黑芝麻20g

1. 不粘锅开小火,将黄油融化

2. 黄油融化后,放入棉花糖,让棉花糖也融化

3. 棉花糖融化到七成时,倒入黑芝麻和奶粉,搅拌均匀

4. 牛轧饼馅就做好了,保持锅的温热,让馅一直柔软的状态

5. 如适量大小的馅料放在一片苏打饼干上

6. 再盖上另一片饼干压平

7. 如此重复,然后放在盘子里晾凉

8. 凉透后放在保鲜盒里储存,要的时候拿出来摆盘即可

小贴士
牛扎饼里的牛轧糖可以软一点,黄油多放点就可以啦~
